Veggie Recipes

Veggie Recipes Detail
Veggie Recipes Potato chips are hard to avoid. They're featured front and center in grocery stores during football season, and they fill office vending machines year-round. They're salty, crunchy and addictive, not to mention pretty inexpensive. But even if you haven't resolved to ward off sodium or caloric foods, we suggest you resist the temptation, if only because snacking on nothing but fried potatoes could get a little boring.
The solution? Veggie chips! Whether you love veggies and love chips like us, or hate veggies and love chips, veggie chips are the perfect solution to snacking boredom. They're as savory as potato chips, but are typically baked and pack more flavor.
We've already taught you how to bake your own kale chips, but there's a whole world of homemade veggie chips out there to explore! Turnips, beets and fennel can all be transformed into crunchier, more delicious version of themselves.
